Javier Olondo (U.S.A.)
Born in Houston, TX, Javier Adrian Olondo was raised in Havana, Cuba where he first began learning classical guitar. Attending the Instituto Superior de Arte de la Habana and the Hochscule Fur Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mozarteum in Salzburg Austria, he emerged as world-class guitarist, garnering praise for his unique style and command of music.

Born in New York and is presently the
Director of Guitar program at the
University
of Miami. He is an accomplished
performer and pedagogue. His classroom text “THE ADVANCING
GUITARIST” is widely used by secondary schools throughout the United States.

Mr. Limón is a Mexican guitarist who has carried out an intense activity as a concert performer in Spain, Greece, Portugal, Germany, Korea, the Czech Republic, Russia, Lithuania, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, the US and Mexico. He has also performed as a soloist with the main orchestras of his country.

Mr. Martinez has been a soloist for the Guanajuato Symphony Orhestra, Bajio Symphony Orchestrestraa and Queretaro Symphony Orchestra.

Isaac Bustos (USA)
Born in Managua, Nicaragua Isaac Bustos began playing popular Latin-American music on the guitar by ear at age 11. By age 12, he was accepted into the Conservatorio Nacional de Musica in Managua where he received top honors in guitar performance. Isaac immigrated to the United States with his family in 1988 and continued his studies with Juan Mercadal, Carlos Molina and Rene Gonzalez.

Rene Izquierdo & Elina Chekan (Cuba & Russia)
Rene Izquierdo graduated from the Amadeo Roldan Conservatory and Superior
Institute of Art in Havana, where he studied with renowned guitarist Jesus
Ortega. After his arrival in the United States, he graduated from Yale
University School of Music, where he studied with Benjamin Verdery and obtained
a Master of Music and an Artist Diploma degree in 2001 and was awarded the Eliot
Fisk Prize.
